Eligible Applicants:

• Spouses of Thai nationals
• Foreigners with Thai children
• Dependents of work permit or retirement visa holders

Required Documents:

• Passport (valid 6+ months)
• Visa application form
• Recent photo (4×6 cm)
• Marriage or Birth Certificate
• Copy of sponsor’s passport & visa
• Copy of sponsor’s Thai Work Permit (if applicable)
• Proof of financial means (≥ 400,000 THB)
• Additional documents may be required depending on the consulate
